Before I get to today, I just want to briefly describe yesterday. The workout was called shoulders and arms. It was really nice. I didn't have heavy enough weights with me, so i think I could have gone harder with the workout, but none the less I enjoyed it. Simple, but awesome exercises. They tack on ab ripper x on the end of this workout which is fifteen minutes of nonstop ab exercises. It was crazy hard.
Today, however, was a failure. The workout is called Yoga X. An hour and a half of yoga positions. The only benefit i see to this workout is that I may become more flexible for other exercises, other than that it was pure bull crap. You do one position for like forty minutes and it's a position that I encountered in a previous workout and hated, AND I always hurt myself doing.
On top of that, my laptop shut off on it's own twenty minutes in. The a little while after I got started where I left off I got an important phone call. I was in an awful mood after that and quit. I hate Yoga. I am seriously thinking about never doing it and just replacing it with an extra day of Cardio.

I can't take Yoga seriously. It makes me laugh. haha.
